There are so many people in the world who never have the opportunity to pursue the career they love. I’m not one of them. I love what I do and since starting my career in Sialkot, Pakistan, I’m thrilled to say that I’ve learned from so many trained professionals in my field. I know that I still have so much to learn from others in the industry. I’m a hard worker, a team player and excited to see what projects could benefit from my unique skill set.

January 2021 - Current
1) Arrange production tasks reasonably according to the production plan, make full use of resources, complete the production plan on time, and be responsible for the quality of the production process and product quality
2) Check and approve labor costs, materials and equipment against process documents to control unnecessary expenses
3) Adopt the PDCA method to continuously improve the existing process methods and improve the management level
4) Identification of bottlenecks in production efficiency and achieving the efficiency improvement of at least 2% gain each month
MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE OFFICER, (AWAN SPORTS INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD)
July 2019 - January 2021
1) Launched Efficiency based incentive system that replaced the conventional piece-rate system that helped to achieve 70% efficiency.
2) Launched kaizen culture throughout the organization that involves middle to higher management which results in 100+ kaizens in season and an accumulated saving of up to 50 million pkr.
3) Automation from manual table printing to machine printing in soccer ball division that helps us to mitigate the cost up to 3 million pkr
4) Launched ME framework and ME training culture to equip the young industrial engineers with necessary training which include FMEA, Kaizen, PDCA, VSM, Line balancing, Deployment charts, Spaghetti map, OEE, etc.
INTERNEE ENGINEERÂ (MILLAT TRACTORS LIMITED)
August 2018 - September 2018
1) Project lead working on 8 wastes reduction improving the productivity by reducing the inventory waste
2) Implemented the 6S (Sort Out, Set in Order, Shine, Standardise, sustain, Safety) in Tractor assembly workshop resulting in the improved efficiency

June 2018 - July 2018
1) Proposed assembly line balancing in Refrigerator assembly workshop with proposed output in assembly from 900 units to 1100 units per day
2) Performed complete Time study of water dispensing unit assembly line fir balancing and proposed the elimination of extra operators for improved the efficiency

Production Loss Reduction
1) Optimisation of production processes according to lean manufacturing tools to reduce the production materials loss
2) Achievement of loss reduction target up to 170% by ensuring complete control of potential causes for loss
Study and Implementation of Overall Operator Effectiveness (OOE)Â in a sports goods manufacturing firm
The project includes the deep time study of assembly line stitching operators and their skill analysis in order to balance the assembly Lines and hence rating the operators based on their skills in different categories to implement a continuous improvement cycle as well as to develop a competitive culture driven towards efficiency optimisation goals.
Composite Closing of Soccer Balls
1) Use of composite material to close the soccer ball panels instead of stitching, based on lean manufacturing concept to minimize the cost and maximize the productivity
2) The project resulted in the reduction of 7 operators out of 20 leading towards improved manufacturing cost and efficiency
